Does this headset allow communication with another rider?

No. The Y10 is a Bluetooth helmet headset for audio from a connected mobile phone. It does not have rider-to-rider intercom functionality and cannot pair directly with another helmet headset.

What can I use it for?

You can use it to listen to compatible navigation instructions and music, manage compatible phone calls and access your phone’s voice assistant.

Can it connect to two phones?

Yes. The Y10 supports connection to two compatible mobile phones. Audio is used from one selected device at a time.

Does it work without a mobile phone?

Its main Bluetooth functions require a compatible phone or another compatible Bluetooth audio device.

What type of microphone is included?

This version includes a boom microphone, listed by the supplier as the Y10 Hard Mic.

Will it fit every helmet?

Helmet interiors and available fitting space vary. Check that your helmet has sufficient room for the speakers, microphone and mounting system before ordering.

Is it an intercom?
