At AuraTech, we dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 business days. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your delivery in real time. We work with reliable courier partners to ensure your products arrive safely and as quickly as possible.
Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, and we offer free standard shipping on orders over a qualifying amount.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our support team through the Help Center. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement within 3 to 5 business days.
